Our Project Management Services
Most of our clients purchase land or an established property with dreams of creating a perfect second home in the mountains. While they have the means to achieve their dream, most lack the time and French skills to oversee the work required and many just don't know where to start!
Our role is to make the whole process easy and stress free - to represent you at all meetings and be on-hand on a daily basis to be your eyes and ears at the building site. We have extensive experience of selecting and working with the full range of trades, consisting of well established, independent, experienced, registered and insured local contractors, to ensure that you have the best build partners for your project.
We act as your technical advisers, co-ordinating the complex schedule of works with a focus on detailed planning and identifying potential issues before they arise, to keep costs down and ensure the delivery of a stunning, high quality alpine residence.
